At an elevation of 8,100 feet, the deck at Deer Valley’s Royal Street Café — just below Bald Mountain — is the place to park yourself after a hearty cycle or hike. Lunch al fresco is completely casual: meffaletta panini bites, burgers, parmesan baked chips, and yellowfin tuna, accompanied by wine, beer and tropical drinks. Tip: Try the mojito. www.deervalley.com
